These Terms & Conditions apply to all readings and services supplied by Lucky Gypsy Fortune, whether ordered through this website or through another authorised platform or method.
By using this website, placing an order, purchasing a service or using my services, you agree to the applicable Terms & Conditions in full.
Please read them before making a purchase.

Lucky Gypsy Fortune currently offers private readings using:

Black Scrying Mirror
Readings are individually prepared and recorded as MP3 audio files.
The completed MP3 is sent by email to the email address supplied by the client.
Readings are interpretive divination services intended for personal reflection and entertainment.
Divination is not scientifically established as a means of predicting future events.
No reading guarantees a particular event, result, reconciliation, relationship, financial outcome, decision or future.
Circumstances change. People change their minds. New information appears. Your own choices and actions, and those of other people, may alter how a situation develops.
All services are for adults aged 18 or over.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
I reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if I reasonably believe that the person purchasing or receiving the reading is under 18.
It is the client's responsibility to choose a reading and session length that reasonably matches the amount and complexity of information they want examined.
Two standard session lengths are available:
Normally suitable for up to two short, focused questions.
Normally suitable for up to four short, focused questions.
These are guidelines rather than guarantees that every question can be answered fully within the purchased time.
A question may be short in wording but complicated in substance.
A situation involving several people, multiple issues, extensive background or several connected questions may require:
a 30-minute session;
an additional reading; or
more than one session.
Please use reasonable judgement when ordering.
Purchasing the shortest or least expensive session does not entitle the client to the depth, volume or coverage of a substantially longer reading.
Put simply: do not book 480p and expect a 16K reading.
If you are unsure which session length is appropriate, contact me before ordering.
Once a reading has been completed according to the session length purchased, additional questions or material will normally require a new order.
A useful reading requires a clear subject.
Please provide the information requested on the How to Order page.
This may include:
your name;
date of birth;
place of birth;
relevant background information; and
your question or questions.
If another person is directly involved, provide whatever relevant information you reasonably have.
Background notes should be useful but concise.
Do not send pages of unnecessary information when a short explanation will establish the situation.
Equally, sending only a name and date of birth without explaining what you want examined may not provide enough information for a focused reading.
Your questions should be clear.
If information is missing, contradictory or insufficient, the reading may remain pending until the necessary information is received.
The turnaround period does not begin until I have both the completed order and all information reasonably required to carry out the reading.
There are subjects I will not read on.
These include requests concerning:
diagnosis, treatment or prediction of illness or medical conditions;
death or predictions of death;
pregnancy or pregnancy outcomes;
legal cases or legal outcomes;
missing persons;
gambling or betting outcomes;
investment or financial-market predictions;
requests to establish whether a partner is secretly cheating;
questions intended to invade another person's privacy;
requests for mediumship or communication with deceased persons through this service.
I may also decline any question that I consider inappropriate, unsafe, unethical, unlawful or outside the reasonable scope of a divination reading.
Where I decline an order before substantive work has begun, any appropriate refund will be dealt with in accordance with these Terms and your statutory rights.
A reading is not a substitute for qualified professional advice.
Do not use a reading instead of advice from a suitably qualified:
doctor or healthcare professional;
solicitor or legal adviser;
financial adviser;
psychologist, counsellor or mental-health professional; or
other regulated professional.
I do not make decisions for clients.
The client remains responsible for their own decisions, actions and consequences.
All prices displayed by Lucky Gypsy Fortune are in Pound Sterling — GBP (£) unless clearly stated otherwise.
If you pay from outside the United Kingdom, your bank, card provider or payment service may apply its own exchange rate, foreign-transaction charge or other fee.
Those charges are controlled by the relevant financial provider and are not charges made by Lucky Gypsy Fortune.
Lucky Gypsy Fortune operates from the United Kingdom.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, all times, deadlines and business-day calculations are based on UK time.
Clients outside the United Kingdom are responsible for allowing for their own local time difference.
Readings are normally completed and dispatched within 7 business days.
The turnaround period begins when I have received:
your completed order and payment; and
all information required to carry out the reading.
Weekends and UK public holidays are not counted as business days.
A reading may occasionally be completed sooner, but this should not be expected.
If information is missing or clarification is required, the reading may be delayed until the matter is resolved.
Occasionally illness, technical failure, emergency or another unavoidable circumstance may cause a delay. Where reasonably possible, I will inform affected clients.
Readings are delivered as MP3 audio recordings by email.
The completed MP3 will be sent to the email address specified by the client.
You are responsible for:
providing the correct email address;
maintaining access to that email account;
ensuring the account can receive attachments; and
having a device or software capable of playing an MP3 audio file.
Please check your spam, junk and other filtered folders if you are expecting a reading and cannot see it in your inbox.
If the stated delivery period has passed and you believe the reading has not arrived, contact me.
If my records show that the file was sent but it has genuinely failed to reach you, I can resend it.
A genuine technical delivery failure does not automatically cancel an otherwise completed reading.
The MP3 recording supplied to you is for your personal use.
You may save and play your own recording for your own private reference.
You may not, without my prior written permission:
sell the recording;
commercially distribute it;
upload it publicly;
republish substantial parts of it as your own work;
alter it and represent the altered material as my original reading; or
use it commercially to train, market or provide another reading or advisory service.
Nothing in this section prevents you from discussing your own reading or experience in ordinary private conversation.
Divination is interpretive.
Different readers may interpret symbols, cards or impressions differently.
Information arising in a reading should not be treated as objectively proven fact merely because it appeared in a reading.
Any indication of timing is approximate unless explicitly stated otherwise.
A reference to a possible direction, tendency or likely development is not a guarantee that the event will occur.
A reading reflects the information, circumstances and interpretive material available at the time it is carried out.
The future is not presented as fixed.
Payment is for my time, work, experience and the preparation and delivery of the reading purchased.
A client is not entitled to a refund merely because:
they disagree with an interpretation;
they dislike what was said;
the reading does not provide the answer they hoped to receive;
a prediction or possible outcome later develops differently; or
they expected more material than could reasonably fit within the session length purchased.
This does not affect any statutory rights you may have where a service has not been supplied with reasonable care and skill, has not been supplied as agreed, or where another legal remedy applies.
Your statutory consumer rights are not excluded or restricted by these Terms.
Where applicable, consumers purchasing online may have statutory cancellation rights.
If you ask me to begin preparing your personalised reading during any statutory cancellation period, you expressly request that performance of the service begins during that period.
Where the law permits:
if you cancel after work has begun but before the service has been fully performed, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for work already supplied; and
once the service has been fully performed following the necessary express request and acknowledgement, your statutory cancellation right may come to an end.
Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
If you wish to cancel an order before the reading has been completed, contact me as soon as possible.
Any refund or deduction will depend upon the stage reached, work already carried out and your applicable statutory rights.
Please check your order before completing payment.
If you accidentally order the wrong service or session length, contact me immediately.
Where substantive work has not begun, I will normally try to help correct the order where reasonably possible.
If work has already begun, changing the service may not be practical and additional payment may be required if you want a longer or different reading.
It remains the client's responsibility to read the service description and choose an appropriate session before purchasing.
A completed reading covers the questions and session time purchased.
Follow-up questions are not automatically included after the MP3 has been delivered.
Once a reading is complete, I mentally close the session and may not retain detailed recall of everything said during the recording.
If you want a new matter examined, further clarification through another reading, or additional questions answered, you may need to order another session.
A genuine query concerning a technical problem with the audio file is, of course, different and should be reported.
Do not purchase a reading about or for another person while pretending to be that person.
If a reading is intended as a gift, the recipient should know that they are receiving it and be willing to participate where their information or questions are required.
I reserve the right to refuse requests that I consider intrusive or inappropriate toward a third party.
I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a service where there are reasonable grounds to do so.
This may include circumstances where:
the client is under 18;
the request falls outside my ethical boundaries;
the client behaves abusively, threateningly or unlawfully;
the information supplied appears deliberately false or fraudulent;
the service is being used to harass, monitor or intrude upon another person;
I believe proceeding would be inappropriate or unsafe; or
I determine that I am not the appropriate person to deal with the matter.
Where I decline a prepaid service before substantive work has been supplied, any refund due will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the order.
I expect communication to remain civil and reasonable.
Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, harassing or persistently inappropriate behaviour will not be accepted.
I reserve the right to stop communication and refuse future orders where such behaviour occurs.
This does not affect either party's legal rights.
Information supplied for a reading is treated as private.
I only require information reasonably necessary to administer the order and carry out the reading.
I do not sell clients' personal information.
Payment information may be processed by the relevant payment provider. I do not normally receive or store your full card or banking credentials.

The wording, reading methods, original written material, recordings, branding, site content and other original material produced by Lucky Gypsy Fortune remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
Purchasing a reading gives you the right to receive and use that reading personally.
It does not transfer ownership of my underlying methods, written material, recordings, branding or other intellectual property.
I make reasonable efforts to keep information on this website accurate and current.
Prices, services, availability and procedures may change.
The information applicable to your purchase is the information presented when you place your order, together with any subsequent agreement made directly with you.
Obvious typographical, technical or administrative errors may be corrected.

Additional terms may apply to a particular exclusive where clearly stated.
Where specific terms for an exclusive conflict with a general term on this page, the specific term will apply to that particular offer to the extent permitted by law.

The version applicable to an order will normally be the version in force when the order is placed.
Clients are encouraged to review the Terms before each new purchase.
These Terms & Conditions and services supplied by Lucky Gypsy Fortune are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
Nothing in these Terms removes legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
By using this website, placing an order, purchasing a reading or service, or using Lucky Gypsy Fortune services through another authorised platform or method, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to read these Terms & Conditions and agree to the applicable terms in full.
You also acknowledge that:
you are aged 18 or over;
readings are interpretive divination services;
no fixed future or specific outcome is guaranteed;
readings are not professional medical, legal, financial or psychological advice;
you are responsible for choosing an appropriate reading and session length;
MP3 readings are delivered to the email address you supply;
standard turnaround is within 7 business days once payment and all required information have been received;
all stated times are UK times;
prices are stated in Pound Sterling (GBP); and
your own choices and actions remain your responsibility.
